In Situ has been working with British Airways since 2009 supplying them with terrazzo floors throughout all of the Heathrow terminals. Two main characteristics were imperative on this project; the floor needed to handle a very heavy load, as well as being extremely slipping resistant in order to avoid any accidents.

The terrazzo selected for this project was perfect to meet these specifications. Not only the material is ideal to meet health and safety policies for highly transited public spaces, but the marble chips embedded on the terrazzo provide the space with a clean look day and night.
