In 2017 we started working on the renovation of The Ray, previously the headquarters of a major British newspaper and media company, at 119 Farringdon Road a centre for London’s creative industries. AHMM architects wanted to retain the Victorian aesthetic of the converted warehouse buildings representative of the area. In Situ has worked for two years in collaboration with both AHMM and McLaren to develop a unique technique that allows for the production of large quantities of bespoke tiles in a cost-effective manner.  A true tribute to the Imperial Brick.
